Refund Policy

If your product has arrived damaged we will refund your order or ship another product out! We don't cover orders that have been marked as delivered by the postal service. You will need to contact the local post office to be reimbursed. Typically, we send all orders out via USPS. If you are unsure whether you will be satisfied with your purchase before purchasing, email (support@storeicy.com). We will be more than happy to help!
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or refund your order. Please include order # when contacting. 
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
Due to COVID-19 we are currently not accepting returns or exchanges, so please make sure you have correct sizing before purchasing. Please refer to our size chart if you need help with measurements. Sizing is true to size. If any packages never arrive due to the input of an incorrect address we are not responsible and cannot refund the order. We make sure that shipping labels are copy & pasted from your input, so please double check and make sure the address is correct.
